Alpine Home Medical Equipment has been awarded Utah’s Best of State for the third year in a row in the Merchandising and Consumer Services category, Medical Equipment/Supplies sub-category.
Jay Broadbent, President of Alpine Home Medical Equipment states, “I am very excited about winning Best of State for three consecutive years. As a company and as employees of the company—it is something to be proud of.”
Considering the rigorous nomination process, it is no understatement this award is something to be proud of. Key points of the nomination outlined, first and foremost, the ways in which Alpine has been able to improve the lives of customers, employees, and the community within the last year. The nomination included information about Alpine’s background and mission, financial achievements, customer satisfaction, quality products, skilled professionals, membership affiliations, all certifications and awards received, and the status of being accredited by the Joint Commission. The nomination also included innovations taken by Alpine, i.e. marketing strategies, our newest showroom and warehouse built in Provo, UT, lean/continuous improvement, the 7th annual Alpine Home Medical Classic golf tournament, focus groups and Kaizens, and product development.
Each area of achievement was considered amongst competitors by a panel of judges on the Best of State committee. Winners announced Tuesday, May 3rd.
